Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Internship or prior experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or social media management is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and Google Marketing tools is an advantage. 
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms is preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign analytics.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content development abilities. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, digital trends, and content creation. 
  • Possess own transportation. 
  • Willing to travel for content shoots, customer visits, events, and marketing activities when required. 

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Building

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. 
  • Produce high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines. 
  • Coordinate and execute content shoots, including customer testimonials, product showcases, project highlights, company events, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. 
  • Develop content calendars and scheduling plans to maintain consistent engagement. 
  • Monitor audience engagement, community interactions, and content performance metrics. 
  • Stay updated with social media trends and implement creative strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Growth Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business growth. 
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates. 
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports. 
  • Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations to maximize marketing ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.

AI & Marketing Innovation

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Gemini, and other productivity tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency. 
  • Explore emerging marketing technologies and digital trends to enhance campaign performance. 
  • Leverage AI-powered solutions for content ideation, copywriting, and marketing automation.

Market Research & Industry Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and consumer trends. 
  • Research influencer marketing opportunities and potential collaborations. 
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies.
