• Lead production operations in the plant, including production planning, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Supervise and evaluate production team performance, discipline, and attendance.
• Monitor production schedules, productivity, and KPI achievement to meet targets.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities and corrective actions with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure operators are properly trained and comply with work instructions and safety standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, machine performance, and basic maintenance activities.
• Maintain production records, housekeeping, and 5S practices on the production floor.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports, skills matrix updates, and capacity planning data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years relevant experience in chemical process development, reaction engineering, or materials processing.
