Job Descriptions:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations for the automotive replacement market segment (HE products).
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Assist in expanding the customer base through active engagement and relationship building.
• Coordinate with the plant team on: - Material forecasting, Stock ordering, Production planning and delivery timelines, New model development and etc.
• Monitor and support daily activities of field sales representatives.
• Attend to customer enquiries and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and dealers.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to gain market insights and stay updated on competitor activities.
• Propose sales improvement strategies to the Sales Manager based on market feedback and performance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of market analysis and sales performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from sales representatives and key accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Be open to departmental transfers or role changes as required by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits and client meetings.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as this role may involve communication with China-based stakeholders.
