Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field; customer service background is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience; experience in retail, property, or interior design is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented in handling customer issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or order management systems.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Record and update customer samples, orders, reservations, and delivery scheduling in coordination with operations and warehouse teams.
  • Follow up on orders, reservations, product proposals and project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sample requests.
  • Assist walk-in customers at showrooms and provide product information and guidance.
  • Coordinate with the sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement.
  • Manage billing documentation, including invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
