Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boilers, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.
• Conduct routine inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance on boiler systems.
• Monitor and regulate boiler operation parameters to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot and address boiler malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Keep accurate records of boiler operation, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Boilerman Grade 2 certificate issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in boiler operations.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
