Job Responsibilities
- Assist in handling daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain proper filing systems for accounting documents (digital & manual).
- Support monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Assist in SST submission and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of accounting-related experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of:
SST
AutoCount Accounting System
e-Invoices
- Willing to work in the KLCC area.
- Able to join immediately.
- Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.
