Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise NAS storage environments across production and DR sites.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot NAS platforms such as NetApp, Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale, or similar technologies.
• Perform storage provisioning, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Handle file sharing protocols including NFS, CIFS/SMB, and related services.
• Support storage migrations, upgrades, firmware updates, and lifecycle management activities.
• Ensure high availability, backup integration, disaster recovery, and data protection compliance.
• Work closely with server, virtualization, backup, cloud, and network teams for infrastructure integration.
• Troubleshoot storage incidents, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for critical issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, operational procedures, and technical reports.
• Participate in on-call support, maintenance windows, and incident management activities.

Required Skills & Experienc

• e4+ years of experience in Storage Administration with strong focus on NAS technologies
• .Hands-on experience with
• :NetApp ONTA
• PDell EMC Isilon / PowerScal
• eNAS Administratio
• nNFS / CIFS / SMB Protocol
• sStorage Replication & Snapshot
• sPerformance Tuning & Capacity Managemen
• tExperience with enterprise backup and DR solutions
• .Knowledge of SAN storage, VMware, Linux, and Windows environments is an added advantage
• .Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or similar
• .Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
