About Us: At Vaer Industrial, we deal with high-end industrial automation and power equipment. We move fast, handle complex technical projects, and need a highly organized Business Support Executive to be the right hand to our management team. If you are good with numbers, detail-oriented, and know how to keep a busy boss on track, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Actually Do: You will handle the administrative heavy lifting so our management can focus on operations and sales. Your day-to-day will look like this:

• Quotations: Draft, format, and issues accurate pricing quotes and commercial proposals for our clients.
• Paperwork & Filing: Take charge of the document trail. You'll fill out vendor registrations, prep tender documents, and ensure everything is systematically filed.
• Meeting Minutes: Sit in on key meetings, take clear notes, and follow up on the action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Management Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, manage data (like pricing dashboards), and keep the operational wheels turning smoothly.

What You Need to Have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• On the Move: A valid driving license (Class D). You must be willing and able to travel for business (e.g., local site visits, document drop-offs, or off-site meetings).
• Skills: Solid computer skills, particularly in Excel/Google Sheets. You need to be comfortable managing spreadsheets and data.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to write professional, clear emails and documents.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
