Responsibilities：

Collaborate with BA, users, and developers to be responsible for product interface design (including task flow, information layout, and interactive design, as well as graphical interface design).

Participate in user research work, identify and summarize opportunities for product improvement.

Track the degree of restoration of front-end product design by development.

Independently complete competitor analysis reports.

Able to independently articulate design proposals.

Establish and improve relevant documents for work projects and changes.

Internal (70%)

Daily progress report of assigned tasks

Discussion within team on the design solutions.

External (30%)

Discussion with external counter parties on the design.

Most challenging type of communication – To have a better solution, this job holder needs to communicate internally and externally to understand and clarify the requirements, propose a better solution.

· Background in fields such as ergonomics, industrial design, and computer science.

· Proficient in using design software such as Figma, AI, Photoshop, etc., with complete design practice experience.

· Strong logical ability, good at analytic job and flow design.

· Innovative mind, willing to study new things.

· Practical and honest, with excellent service awareness

willing to communicate, good English skills is required to be able to adapt to full English communication.
