Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Laboratory functions to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Ensure all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and work instructions.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and support external audits by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and approve quality inspection reports, laboratory test results, and product release documentation.
• Ensure laboratory testing is performed in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of laboratory and quality inspection equipment.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop QA, QC, and Laboratory personnel.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and other applicable quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the rubber glove industry.
• Experience in managing QA, QC, and Laboratory operations.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and quality control practices.
• Familiar with laboratory testing methods and quality inspection requirements for rubber gloves.
• Experience in handling customer complaints, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
