Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support management in daily operations, coordination, and business activities while contributing to digital and content initiatives. This role offers exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow alongside the business, work closely with leadership, and make a real impact.
Job Responsibility:
- Schedule Coordination:Manage and coordinate management’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication:Handle emails, calls, and basic correspondence on behalf of management when required.
- Administrative Support:Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to support administrative tasks, content preparation, and improve overall productivity.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support management’s daily activities and engagements.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Personal Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support and personal assistance to management when required.
- Content Creation:Accompany management during meetings, events, and business activities to capture photo and video content for social media platforms.
- Content Recording: Record and assist in producing short-form videos for social media platform.
- Content Support: Assist in organizing, managing, and preparing content materials for posting when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools) to improve productivity is an advantage.
- Strong interest in social media content creation and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
