Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma
• Around 1- 3 years of experience in Ticketing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Knowledge of relevant computer systems

Skills and Requirements

• Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
• Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
• Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents
• Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs
• Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
• Process ticket changes and refunds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software, and basic office applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as travel schedules demand
• Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
