Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for logistics / freight services
- Promote company services (transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding if applicable)
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery service
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
- Experience in logistics / freight forwarding sales is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work independently and travel if needed
