Responsibilities

Job responsibilities :

  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence, including deliver company documents to government office, authorities and external parties.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointment, making travel and accomodation bookings.
  • Operating & maintaining office equipment like printer, replenishing office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with filing and administrative documentation.
  • Any other duties which will be assigned to from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
