You will be responsible for more than just aesthetics; you will design sophisticated security labels and packaging solutions that protect original products from counterfeiting. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to collaborate across departments to turn complex technical requirements into confirmed and production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Collaboration: Actively communicate with the Sales Team to gather specific requirements for the solutions proposed to customers, ensuring designs align with both client needs and technical feasibility.
• Security Feature Integration: Design security labels utilizing the latest technology features to ensure maximum protection for original products and brand integrity.
• Artwork Proposals: Create comprehensive artwork proposals for security labels and packaging. You will guide the process from initial concept to client confirmation of the final artwork.
• Pre-Production Oversight: Meticulously finalize and cross-check confirmed artwork to ensure 100% accuracy before sending files for final production.
• Brand & Social Media Growth: Manage social media platforms to promote our products and assist in marketing campaigns, including the design of high-impact posters and digital imagery.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience in label and packaging design is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Printing Expertise: Professional printing experience is strongly preferred. You must understand pre-press requirements and the nuances of physical production.

Skill

• Detail Oriented: Exceptional ability to cross-check technical artwork and manage color profiles for physical manufacturing.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between sales suggestions and final creative output.
• Marketing Savvy: Ability to translate brand value into engaging social media content and promotional materials.
