Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E installation works on construction projects.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Prepare work schedules, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Attend site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Assist in obtaining approvals and certifications, including the Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) where applicable.
• Ensure all as-built drawings, operation manuals, and project documentation are completed before project closeout.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1 –3years of experience in M&E construction projects.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and authority requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required.
