PACKING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and requests
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Knowing products inside and out.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Arrange completed products and remove defective products or materials.
• Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Transport packages to customers' vehicles.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Open for Malaysian citizen only.
• SPM or higher
• No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Fresh school leavers and graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
• Good in MS Office/ Excel
• Pleasant deposition and well-groomed.
• Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
• Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Results driven and passionate about setting a high-performance standard and meeting objectives.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
