• Providing good customer service and treatment explanation including Dental packages and procedures to the patients.
• Helping in the schedule and appointment of the patients.
• Efficiently support day-to-day operations and the smooth flow of patients through the clinic.
• Provide a consistent patient experience, ensuring appropriate hours of operation to meet the needs of patients and providers.
• Coordinate the needs of doctors.
• Resolve patient concerns, complaints and issues to promote patient excellence.
• Assist for Dental procedures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM/Certificate in relevant field.
• Previous experience working in a dental clinic is an added advantage.
• Confident and reassuring attitude.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
