Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Record daily accounting transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries).
2. Assist in month-end and year-end closing (journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and reconciliations).
3. Perform bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
4. Follow up on customer collections and supplier statements.
5. Process and verify staff and directors’ claims with proper supporting documents.
6. Reconcile QR and FPX daily collections.
7. Maintain proper filing and accounting records for audit purposes.
8. Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance preparation.
9. Assist in fixed asset and stock take activities.
10. Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting matters.
11. Provide backup support to other accounts staff when required.
12. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
