• Establish sales in searching of new business and market opportunities and enhancement at assigned territory.
• Assists to survey market sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Understand customer needs and manage the sales process.
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
• Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
• Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
• To participate in sales and marketing activities mainly to develop new customers.
• Services with new and existing customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management
• Responsible for prepare documents as per ISO requirement.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
• Comparing with alternative vendor for the new items with the best price
• Sales reporting and updating
• Assists to prepare Quotation when required.
• Assists in Clerical Job for H.O.D when required.
• Assists for Logistic job when required.
• Perform Ad Hoc tasks assigned as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
