• To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the residential building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
• To attend to residents’ complaints and to answer all emails professionally and tactfully;
• To assist the Operation Manager in the maintenance and management of the residential building;
• To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.

Requirements :-

• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
• Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
• More than 3 years working experience in Property Management Operation
• Experience to supervisor supporting staff and building technician
• Software knowledge in CSS or Condo Master

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
