Responsibilities
Requirement:
-Diploma / Degree in Accounting and admin (manufacturing background preferred)
-Familiar with accounting software (eg: SQL) and Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Malaysian Statutoty requirements and payroll processes
-Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking abilitiies and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Job Description:
-Handle full set of accounts up to the trial balance level
-Perforam monthly bank and inter-company reconciliations
-Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and process supplier invoices, expense claims, and official receipts
-Assist in the preparation and submission of local statutory fillings, and ensuring tax compliance and serve as main point of contact for external auditors
-Process payroll and manage statutory submissions (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
-Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding
-Manage daily office and factory administrative tasks (eg: filing, utilities, stationery)
-Assist factory operations and any related tasks assigned by management
