Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock-taking activities.
• Ensure proper labeling, packing, and documentation of shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and couriers for collections and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist with basic office and administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, photocopying, and data entry.
• Support the team in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, storekeeping, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
• Able to lift and move warehouse items safely.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
• Experience handling shipping and delivery documentation.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask between warehouse and office responsibilities.
• Knowledge on Million System

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
