Job Description

• Responsible and directs all aspects of maintenance and safety activities in the hotel.
• To ensure the properties and interests of the Hotel's guests and employees are safe guard against loss, damage or other untoward incidents.
• To guarantees a high standard of equipment maintenance.
• In the event of any emergency, to take immediate action as required under the Hotel's standing regulation and to notify the Management immediately of the action taken.
• Responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the hotel's installation and to coordinate as well as to manage the regulatory procedures and to follow-up processes.
• To track and optimizes energy consumption, implement and follow up the preventive maintenance program.
• Monitors and co-ordinates work activities by outsourced contractors where necessary.
• Familiar with the operations and maintenance of firefighting equipment and services.
• Assists in monitoring and controlling department cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
• To participate in the monthly inventory count of the department.
• To conduct daily checks of property's electrical and mechanical facilities.
• Ensure the upkeep of building, public areas appearance, and its assets at all times.
• Ensuring all guest complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
