Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Manage inventory control systems and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
• Manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs related to warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Requirement

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, SAP, NetSuite).
