Iotronix Technologies Hiring! Full Time SMT-Equipment Technician in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Set up and operate SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, etc.) to manufacture electronic components on printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA).
• Ensure the proper loading of components, solder paste, and PCBA in alignment with production schedules and specifications.
• Perform routine checks for machine calibration, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT machines, including the replacement of parts and components.
• Troubleshoot machine issues such as misalignment, stoppages, and component malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of machine settings, production output, and any maintenance or repair activities.
• Work with engineering and quality control teams to resolve any issues that arise during NPI builds, ensuring that production timelines are met.
• Responsible to co-operate and comply with any procedures, instructions, control measures on EHS instituted by the organization.
• Responsible for taking reasonable care to follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices —for themselves, their colleagues, and the surrounding environment.
• Understand and adopt the correct practices for handling chemicals, in accordance with the Chemical Management Procedure.
• Aware of the relevant facilities associated with emergency preparedness and response, and understand their roles in ensuring readiness.
• Responsible to assist EHS personnel on conducting regular monitoring and measuring of EHS performance, such as noise risk assessment, chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), ergonomic risk assessment, etc.
• Any ad-hoc task as per assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
