Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused IT Executive to provide day-to-day support for business applications, end-user computing devices, and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal users, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations of business critical applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Application Support
- Provide first-level support for internal business applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application related issues.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers for issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Assist users with system usage and provide guidance when required.
- Support application testing, deployment, and enhancement activities.
End User Support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and Printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support basic Microsoft 365 applications .
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Support business application and database.
Infrastructure Support
- Support Windows Server environments and on-premises infrastructure.
- Monitor server health, backups, and system availability.
- Assist with network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure maintenance and support activities.
IT Operations
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure IT incidents and service requests are logged and tracked.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and deployments.
- Support IT security initiatives and compliance requirements.
Requirements Education
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, IT Operations, or Application Support.
- Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting business applications and Microsoft 365 environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and common software issues.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN).
- Experience in IT asset management and documentation is an advantage.
