Mandatory Skills

COBOL (Mainframe) – Strong hands-on development experience
JCL (Job Control Language)
VSAM
Experience working in IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environment
Batch processing and job scheduling experience
Debugging and performance tuning skills
Minimum 5+ years of Mainframe Development experience

Good to Have

IDMS experience
Endevor exposure
Experience with scheduling tools such as A-Auto
Production support experience

Domain Preference

Banking domain experience (especially Deposits)
Financial products and transaction processing knowledge
Regulatory or reporting systems exposure

Responsibilities to Validate

• Development and maintenance of COBOL applications
• Coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Batch and online transaction support
• SIT, UAT, Production support, and release activities
• Production issue investigation and resolution

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
