Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and driven Practical Trainees to join our ICT team. Expand your skills, gain hands-on experience, and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Software & Application Development

  • Full Development Lifecycle: Participate in system analysis, database design, development, documentation, and internal testing.
  • Framework Learning: Learn and work with modern development workflows using Python, Laravel, and front-end technologies like WordPress.
  • Maintain & Enhance: Study available systems, prepare user manuals, and update or enhance existing web-based in-house applications (e.g., e-Pintas).

IT Infrastructure & Systems

  • Support & Operations: Provide basic troubleshooting for connectivity, install software/OS, handle patching, and assist with physical hardware setups (cabling, racking).
  • Networking & Servers: Learn fundamental network configurations, switch/router checks, basic Linux/Windows server administration, and virtualization concepts.
  • Security & Backups: Understand essential IT security practices (MFA, passwords, compliance) and assist with backup verification tests.

Creative Design & Multimedia

  • Visual Design: Design high-quality corporate materials including booklets, pamphlets, brochures, posters, banners, backdrops, and business cards.
  • Content Creation: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas across graphic design, photography, and videography to elevate the company's brand image.
  • Project Management: Work on multiple design briefs simultaneously while focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness.

Helpdesk & Core Operations

  • ICT Helpdesk: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Participate in overall corporate ICT programs, activities, and general tech support.
  • Professional Reporting: Strengthen your technical knowledge, document effective solutions, and submit weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Great communication, time management, and a strong desire to learn.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
