We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused intern to join our Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer support, order management, customer engagement, and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a positive customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, social media, marketplace chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and updating customer databases.
- Support customer engagement campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience handling social media platforms is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
