• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Keep up to date with fabric trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in managing customer communications through WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) is preferred.
• Familiar with content creation or online marketing is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales, especially in fabrics, fashion, or textiles, will be an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
