The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting live Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, managing fixes and releases, and delivering small enhancements when required.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience

• Python scripting​

• Power Apps

• Power Automate

• Dataverse

• Production support / BAU support

• Incident management and troubleshooting

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Release management and deployments

• Solution packaging / ALM practices

• Stakeholder communication

Nice-to-have:

• Azure

• API integrations

• Custom connectors

• AI Builder / Copilot exposure

• .NET and MSSQL knowledge

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
