• Assist Front Office operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Support guest enquiries and provide basic hotel information.
• Assist Housekeeping in room inspections and operational coordination.
• Support administrative and filing tasks.
• Assist in sales, marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Participate in daily operational briefings and departmental activities.
• Observe and learn hotel operational standards and procedures.
• Assist with guest feedback collection and service quality monitoring.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
