We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
• Support onboarding process for new hires
• Assist in preparing reports and HR-related documentation
• Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to learn and proactive

Duration:

• Minimum [3–6 months] internship

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM300.00 - RM700.00 per month
