Location: Kempas Baru

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflows and performance.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet customer requirements and provide satisfactory service.
• Organize and optimize daily warehouse operations, processes, and layout for efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, update reports, and ensure accuracy in the DOMAIN system.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for smooth logistics and issue resolution.
• Enforce safety and quality standards (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015) in the warehouse.
• Monitor costs, expenses, billing, and invoicing, providing financial oversight and reports.
• Ensure proper document filing and management for all department and company-related materials.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and servicing for optimal performance and safety.
• Manage warehouse marketing, sales, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
