• Enter and update purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement-related data into the system with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain and manage databases, ensuring that information is current and reflective of the latest transactions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain organized and easily accessible records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing purchasing activities and expenses.
• Confidentiality and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive procurement information.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices in data management.
