Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as:
Warning letters
Show Cause Letters
Resignation acceptance letters
- Other HR correspondence
- Monitor employee attendance, lateness, absenteeism, and leave records.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR systems.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain related records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
- Foreign Worker Administration (if applicable)
- Assist in monitoring the validity of work permits, passports, visas, and related documents.
- Asist to liaise with government agencies, embassies, agents, and service providers when required.
Administrative Functions
- Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating company events.
- Maintain office records and administrative documents.
- Support company vehicle, hostel, and facility administration where applicable.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
