Role Summary:

The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing production schedules, material planning, and customer shipment coordination to ensure on‑time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and accurate inventory control while supporting cross‑departmental communication and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules and shipment coordination to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor machine capacity, efficiency, and output while optimizing resources.
• Analyze customer demand forecasts and align production plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to secure timely material availability.
• Control inventory levels, reduce slow‑moving stock, and maintain accurate planning data.

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a continuous improvement mindset.
