Role Summary:
Supply Chain Manager manages the full supply chain function, overseeing procurement, warehouse, logistics, and customer service operations to ensure cost efficiency, accurate inventory control, timely deliveries, and compliance with corporate standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and assign tasks across the supply chain team.
- Control costs in warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and customer service.
- Develop policies to optimize inventory levels and turnover.
- Organize and monitor production, material, and shipment plans.
- Supervise warehouse operations to ensure FIFO accuracy and timely movement.
- Support sales team by ensuring customer orders and deliveries are met.
- Manage daily purchasing operations and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer expectations.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Job requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in supply chain management with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and RBA/Supplier Code of Conduct compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and implement training programs.
