Role Summary:

The Production Section Head oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring delivery schedules, quality, and cost targets are met while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and workforce development across production activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and administer daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Plan, implement, and monitor production requirements to achieve KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, cost, and quality.
• Ensure operators meet Units Per Hour (UPH) targets and maximize material utilization.
• Monitor overtime hours and operational costs to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce 5S practices and compliance with RBA/Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Identify training needs, develop operator competencies, and resolve production issues.

Job requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact across all levels.
