Tech-Matrix Hiring! Full Time UAT (Card System) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Card Lifecycle Testing including Card Issuance, PIN Generation, Activation, Re-issuance, Hot-listing (blocking), and Closure.

• Conduct Transaction Flow Validation for ATM, POS, E-commerce, and Contactless transactions across networks such as Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.

• Handle Integration Testing to ensure seamless data flow between Card Management System (CMS), Payment Switch (e.g., IST, Base24, Authentic), and Core Banking System (CBS).

• Validate Authorization and Clearing processes including request/response codes and Clearing & Settlement batch files.

• Manage defects by identifying, logging, and tracking issues using tools like Jira or ALM, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,200.00 per hour
