Account & Admin Executive

Company: Obrise Solutions Holdings Sdn Bhd
Location: Plaza Azalea, Seksyen 14, Shah Alam, Selangor
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,300 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Obrise Solutions Holdings Sdn Bhd specializes in custom-built furniture, cabinetry, interior design, and renovation solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin to manage the company's financial records and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
  • Process supplier payments and customer collections.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience handling a full set of accounts is preferred.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the construction, renovation, interior design, or furniture industry is an added advantage.
