We are a growing franchise operating multiple 7-Eleven stores across Singapore. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for high-energy, driven, and hands-on Management Trainees to grow with us.

This is a fast-track program designed to groom the next generation of Retail Store Managers. You will learn the ins and outs of convenience store operations, from front-line customer service to backend inventory and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Phase 1 (Foundations): Master daily store operations, including cash handling, stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Phase 2 (Supervision): Assist in ordering stock, managing inventory levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring compliance with 7-Eleven’s standard operating procedures.
• Phase 3 (Management): Learn to lead, schedule, and train a team of retail assistants. Analyze store sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
