A strategic Marketing Leader is needed to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention, while ensuring consistent brand positioning.

This role involves monitoring market trends, leading brand-building and campaign development (including influencer collaborations and seasonal promotions), overseeing digital marketing and e-commerce support (SEO, paid search, social media, email), and developing retail marketing strategies to drive foot traffic.

The leader will also champion content creation that emphasizes optimism, sustainability, and functional style, ensuring brand guideline adherence.

Data-driven decision-making through performance analysis and reporting is crucial, as is building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team and managing external vendors.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Brand Expertise: Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
Digital Savvy: Deep knowledge of social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
Retail Marketing: Experience driving foot traffic and sales in physical retail locations is highly desirable.
Creative Leadership: Ability to inspire teams and oversee the development of engaging creative campaigns.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus.
