Responsibilities

Drive Customer Success. Lead Delivery. Grow Strategic Accounts.


We are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success & Delivery Manager to own the full lifecycle of our government and enterprise accounts across APAC.


This is a hybrid role that combines customer success, account growth, programme delivery, and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve measurable value from our cybersecurity training and cyber range solutions while driving renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth.


Based in Singapore, you will work with government agencies, enterprises, and regional partners across APAC, helping organizations build stronger cybersecurity capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of government and enterprise clients.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer success.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and CISO's
  • Conduct regular business reviews and proactively manage account health.
  • Own renewals, expansions, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.


Programme Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity training programmes and engagements.
  • Coordinate instructors, content, logistics, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, risks, milestones, and project outcomes across multiple engagements.
  • Deliver clear reporting and ensure a high-quality customer experience.


Operations & Coordination

  • Support contracting, invoicing, procurement processes, and engagement administration.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasts, and account documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, delivery, product, and leadership teams.
  • Improve processes, playbooks, and operational efficiency across the portfolio


What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Programme Management, or Client Delivery.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and commercial growth targets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Based in Singapore with the right to work and willingness to travel within APAC


Preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, training, education, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with Singapore public-sector procurement (GeBIZ) and SkillsFuture/SSG programmes.
  • Experience working with government agencies, enterprise customers, and channel partners across APAC
