We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with 13 years of hands-on experience in test design and test case execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle, experience working in Agile environments, and exposure to Jira for defect tracking and test management. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases based on functional and business requirements
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar ticketing tools
• Perform SIT (System Integration Testing) to validate end-to-end system functionality
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Validate fixes through re-testing and regression testing
• Identify, document, and communicate testing challenges, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Support pre-production and production deployments, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, and documentation
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools
• Good knowledge of SIT and UAT testing processes
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in identifying and resolving testing challenges in real-world projects
