Human Resources & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and initiatives that align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and create talent plans that support business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and WOBB.
  • Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish performance KPIs, competency frameworks, and assessment criteria.
  • Facilitate performance review processes and provide guidance on employee development and performance improvement.
  • Support the design and administration of employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Manage employee relations matters, providing practical solutions to workplace challenges while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Drive learning, development, and career progression initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen employee retention.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company retreats that promote collaboration and a strong company culture.

  • Strong recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills.
