Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Puchong for a Team Lead - Lab Solutions. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations and manage teams to ensure the efficient delivery of laboratory solutions. Responsibilities include team supervision, project coordination, technical support, and maintaining high service standards. Additional tasks include fostering relationships with clients, addressing their specific needs, and working collaboratively to provide innovative and effective laboratory solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and guide team members
• Project coordination and problem-solving skills to manage lab operations and address challenges
• Technical proficiency in identifying, implementing, and maintaining laboratory solutions
• Client relationship management and communication skills to understand and address customer needs
• Experience in the life sciences, laboratory equipment, or related field, with a scientific or engineering educational background preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in an on-site environment
