Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing roadshows, promotional activities, and events to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows, exhibitions, activations, and promotional events.
  • Assist in developing event concepts, timelines, and operational plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including booth setup, manpower, transportation, permits, and equipment.
  • Source and liaise with suppliers for event materials, merchandise, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Support on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues during events.
  • Coordinate brand ambassadors, promoters, and event crews.
  • Capture event content and assist with real-time social media updates when required.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, leads generated, sales performance, and event evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional assets.
  • Ensure all events comply with company standards, safety requirements, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event management, roadshows, brand activation, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in handling vendors, promoters, and event logistics is an advantage.
