Job Description

  • Own product initiatives across Shopee’s homepage, search and recommendation scenarios, continuously improving traffic allocation efficiency and user discovery experience.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams such as ShopeeFood, Monee and other ecosystem partners to design traffic solutions that support business growth while maintaining a strong e-commerce experience.
  • Drive initiatives that improve product discovery and conversion efficiency, including optimizing content presentation, pricing-related signals, and shopping decision moments.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data and operations teams to deliver data-driven product improvements and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior, operational feedback and data insights to identify problems and propose scalable product solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in consumer product, e-commerce, traffic or growth-related product roles.
  • Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to design clear user flows and product structures.
  • Ability to think analytically and use data to guide product decisions.
  • Strong ownership and execution capability, able to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders.
